Job Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team in the jewellery sector. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery sales and a strong understanding of customer handling and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product details, designs, pricing, offers, and other relevant information.
• Maintain proper follow-up with existing and potential customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain knowledge of jewellery designs, trends, and market developments.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the jewellery sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
• Knowledge of jewellery products and retail sales will be an advantage.
