Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers, including GRBBS and Toyota Vendor Association.
• Share customer forecasts and orders with the Dispatch team for planning and execution.
• Handle customer RFQs, prepare quotations with customer-wise breakup, and maintain approved quotation records.
• Follow up with customers for payments and coordinate for timely collections.
• Coordinate with customers for approvals, meetings, audits, claims, and required documentation.
• Schedule customer meetings, prepare and circulate MOM, and follow up internally for timely closure of action points.
• Act as the window person for customer claims and ensure countermeasures are submitted within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate customer ECI, SCR/PCR, APR, PO and contract review activities.
• Prepare and share monthly sales data and yearly sales projection reports.
• Maintain updated customer contact lists and customer-related records.
• Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys and ensure closure of audit gaps.
• Update sales procedures and related documents as required.
• Coordinate customer gifts and business-related occasions.
• Support BD activities and other customer-related requirements.
