Sales Executive

About the role

This is a sales role focused on customer relationship management, business development, and revenue generation through prospecting, client engagement, and product sales.

Key responsibilities

• Locate in the Salesforce app each customer in the list that will be provided
• Update outdated information in the list provided
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of products
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate product recommendations
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure win-win outcomes
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
