Sales Executive

About the role

Plan and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed the sales targets set by the company. Ensure all sales activities and achievements are aligned with the company's overall objectives and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and understand the sales margin for each product or transaction to ensure the targeted profitability is achieved
• Ensure sales revenue and gross profit are maintained in accordance with the targets set by the company
• Regularly analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to increase sales revenue and profitability
• Manage sales activities by balancing sales volume, profit margins, and the company's overall net profit objectives

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or any related field
• Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field may also be considered for candidates with relevant working experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Experience in an industry related to the company's products or services will be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues
• Positive, friendly, customer-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for business purposes
