Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and qualify HNI and NRI leads through digital platforms, events, and referrals.
• Conduct professional site visits and property presentations tailored to each client's lifestyle goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to booking, documentation, and handover.
• Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools; provide weekly reporting to management.
• Follow up persistently and creatively on warm and cold leads without prompting.
• Represent the brand at luxury expos, NRI events, and high-net-worth networking forums.
• Coordinate internally with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless client experience.
