Sales Executive

Sales Executive Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to develop new customers, manage existing accounts and achieve sales targets for our powder coating products.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order conversion.
• Conduct regular customer visits and market development activities.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate for suitable product solutions.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate with Technical, Stores, Dispatch and Accounts teams.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain customer, enquiry, sales, and collection reports.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email and ERP/CRM.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Tamil & English communication skills preferred.
