About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at our Shah Alam, Selangor location. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with customers in the automotive tyre industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of CST Tires Malaysia, promoting our premium tyre products and automotive solutions to both retail and commercial clients. This role is critical to our business growth and directly impacts our market presence and revenue generation.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
• Present and demonstrate product features, benefits and specifications to customers, emphasising value and quality
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions that meet their needs
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales contracts for customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns that drive sales
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer preferences and product performance

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Representative in the automotive, tyre or related retail industry
• Strong understanding of tyre products, automotive solutions and industry knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
• Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits when required
• Fluency in English and Malay (both spoken and written)
• Preferably based in or near the Shah Alam area for convenience
