We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales professionals from reputed real estate organizations/developers who have experience in handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and qualify leads generated through various channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
Conduct project presentations and site visits.
Follow up with prospects and drive conversions.
Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales, Project Sales, or Pre-Sales.
Experience with a reputed real estate Developer or organization preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Proven ability to convert leads and close deals.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
