Sales Executive

About the role

The position is responsible for provides essential operational support to the External Sales team by managing the end-to-end sales order fulfilment process. This role focuses on coordinating customer requests, managing product specifications (Artwork/Coding), and ensuring seamless internal communication to meet customer expectations and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up and fulfil key sales order stages, including Quotations, FC/PKC coding, Sales Orders (SO), and status updates on Monday.com.
• Coordinate with External Sales to meet customer requirements, including the preparation and delivery of product samples and packaging materials.
• Create and update Art Numbers for new or revised products; ensure all codes are accurately reflected in Xeersoft and Monday.com.
• Support the customer artwork process, including template checking, labelling confirmation, and colour proofing to ensure design accuracy.
• Coordinate with External Sales, NPD, PU & PKD to ensure smooth workflow and completion of customer orders.
• Use tools / Software (Monday.com, xeersoft or etc) to communicate and data update.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and issues professionally and promptly.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the execution of the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
