Sales Executive

About the role

This sales position is crucial to the business expansion and growth of OASIS DREAM HOUSE CO., LTD. in the Phuket area. The successful candidate will be the face and voice of the company in building strong relationships with new and existing customers through excellent service and appropriate recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide furniture product and home solution recommendations to customers in the showroom
• Present products and close sales with both Thai and foreign customers
• Manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion (Sales → Follow-up → Closing)
• Coordinate with design team, installation team, and other relevant teams
• Prepare quotations and sales-related documents
• Follow up with existing customers and build long-term relationships
• Update customer information and sales data in the system

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing or business administration
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a company that manufactures or distributes products or services
• Strong communication skills in speaking, presenting, and negotiation
• Ability to build excellent customer relationships
• Problem-solving skills and efficient decision-making ability
• English language communication skills
