Sales Executive

About the role

We're looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Executive who loves meeting clients, building connections, finding opportunities, and closing deals. If you're confident, goal-oriented, digitally savvy, and enjoy being out in the field — this could be for you.

Key responsibilities

• Hit and exceed assigned sales targets
• Find new customers, dealers, distributors & commercial accounts
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Conduct field visits, meetings, presentations & negotiations
• Manage leads and accounts using CRM & digital tools
• Track sales performance and prepare reports
• Watch market trends, competitors & new opportunities
• Work with internal teams to deliver what customers need

About you

• Bachelor's degree
• With or without experience in sales, marketing, or field sales
• Experience in B2B / account-based selling is a plus
• Comfortable using CRM, social media & digital platforms for lead generation
• Skilled in MS Excel, spreadsheets & sales reporting
• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Familiar with Mandaue City, Cebu & nearby areas
• Can drive either a 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle with a valid driver's license
• Can start immediately or with minimal notice
