Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at AVOLUTION, INC. This is a full-time position based in San Juan City Metro Manila. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships through the delivery of our products and services. This role is pivotal to our commercial success and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the organisation's trajectory.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and prospecting potential clients to expand our customer base and market reach
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Presenting product and service offerings to prospects, highlighting key benefits and value propositions
• Preparing and delivering customised sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
• Negotiating contracts and terms to close sales whilst maintaining profitability margins
• Tracking sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client onboarding
• Gathering market feedback and competitor intelligence to inform sales strategy
• Attending industry events, networking sessions and trade shows to generate leads and build brand awareness

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar sales representative or sales consultant role
• Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales tools
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a competitive drive for success
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term client relationships
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the local Metro Manila market and established network of business contacts is advantageous
