Sales Executive

About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies
• Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close deals
• Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly
• Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong understanding of sales principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
• Able to travel to other states or overseas independently
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
