Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive – Fit-Out to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and securing interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the fit-out industry, excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new fit-out and interior contracting projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with the estimation and technical teams
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to understand requirements
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close deals successfully
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project handover
• Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular sales reports
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in interior fit-out or construction industry
• Strong understanding of fit-out works (joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, authority approvals)
• Proven ability to close high-value projects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors in the UAE market
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
