Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Sales Representative based in Kochi.

The role involves promoting and selling nutraceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors.

The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing product information, achieving sales targets, and gathering customer feedback to assist in the development of strategies for improving product offerings and market performance.

Role requires to work in a matrix reporting structure for optimizing business objectives

To achieve the Area sales objective and stretch beyond targets by increasing prescriptions from identified doctors.

To support in organizing patient acquisition and retention programs

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong expertise in pharma and Nutra Sales, with the ability to drive sales and meet targets effectively.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
• Knowledge and familiarity with the fields of Medicine and Pharmacy to confidently discuss and recommend products.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with a proven track record in sales or similar roles within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry will be considered
• Knowledge and skill of selling Nutra/Pharma products
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
• A professional with a keen eye on changing market and competitor dynamics..
