About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join CHUAN KOK HARDWARE PTE LTD in the Kallang Central Region. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships within the hardware and machinery sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets, expanding our customer base, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. This role requires someone who is passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Present and demonstrate hardware and machinery products to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and transactions using the company's sales management systems
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer support
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and strengthen market presence
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the hardware, machinery, or related industrial sector
• Strong understanding of hardware and machinery products, specifications, and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in using sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Willingness to travel within the region as required for client visits and meetings
• Diploma or degree qualification in Sales, Business, or a related field is advantageous
• Valid driving licence is preferred
