About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Renex Steel Marketing Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships within the Selangor and KL region. What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
2. Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
3. Accurately prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
5. Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate new leads
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
7. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
2. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
3. Proficient in sales presentation, proposal writing, and contract management
4. Driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
5. Thorough understanding of the local steel market and industry trends
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Willingness to travel within the assigned region to meet with customers
