Job Description & duties:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Responsible for collections and banking-in collections
• Understanding of the company’s products and services
• To Feedback market information and to implement company marketing plan
• Responsible for receiving orders & servicing the Company’s customer based in Johor.
• Require to travel outstation when necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
