Sales Executive

**Job Overview:**We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote courses to students. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to understand student needs and convert leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and counsel students regarding our courses
• Explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes
• Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or in person
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of student interactions and sales progress

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of sales process
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in education sales is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Persuasion skills
• Ability to build trust with students
• Knowledge of courses/training programs

Salary

• Fixed salary + Incentives based on performance
