Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to and consult customers professionally, providing good customer service and product recommendations.
• Assist with daily showroom administration and operations.
• Display, arrange, check and count stock regularly.
• Maintain and manage showroom displays to ensure they are neat, attractive and well-presented.
• Handle cashiering and related administrative duties.
• Assist with general showroom upkeep and cleanliness.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties and other tasks as required by the management.
• Assist with marketing and social media activities from time to time.
• Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: Off

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, presentable and professional attitude.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Comfortable handling customers, stock and cashiering duties.
• Basic computer and social media skills.
• Retail, sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday according to the stated working hours.
