Sales Executive

About the role

This is a sales-focused position in freight forwarding and logistics where you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, and partners, and prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, and partners
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management
• Experience within the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry is an advantage
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to understand client needs
• Networking and relationship-building skills
• Analytical thinking to identify market opportunities
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
