Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate new leads and acquire clients for our high-end residential Design & Build projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and direct prospecting.
• Identify and engage potential clients for residential design and construction projects.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams for proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close sales.
• Meet assigned sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience with a strong sales record.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or Design & Build is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proactive, confident, results-oriented, and able to generate leads independently.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Preferably residing in Bacoor or nearby cities.
• Knowledge of driving is an advantage and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits is preferred.
