Sales Executive / Property Sales Executive

Are you passionate about real estate sales and building strong client relationships? Keysight Property Development Limited is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Location: Sangotedo, Ajah, Lagos
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 Gross Monthly
Employment Type: Full-Time
Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives

Brief Job Description:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, marketing and selling company properties, conducting property inspections and presentations, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate CRM records and submitting regular sales performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in sales, preferably real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and lead-generation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an advantage.
