Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage corporate and government accounts in Klang Valley
• Identify new business opportunities and actively secure room nights, meetings, incentives and events
• Conduct sales calls, presentations and site inspections
• Prepare proposals, contracts and rate agreements
• Participate in roadshows, trade shows and networking events
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
• Work closely with Revenue and Operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings

Requirements :

• Min. 2 years experience in hotel/resort corporate sales
• Experience handling government agencies, GLCs or corporate companies is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for sales calls
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business or related field preferred
