Sales Executive

About the role

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales goals in the real estate and property sector. You will identify potential customers, understand their needs, present suitable property options, and close sales. You will conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits, and generate sales from various platforms including digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits
• Generate sales from various sales platforms including digital media
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and open houses to generate leads and showcase properties
• Provide input on marketing materials and strategies based on customer feedback and market trends
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the sales manager, including sales forecasts and performance
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development team to ensure customer needs are met

About you

• SPM / Diploma / Fresh Graduate
• 1–2 years sales experience or relevant role in a similar industry
• Knowledge in Real Estate / Property industry is an added advantage
• Proficiency in English & Bahasa Melayu
• Proficiency in Mandarin & local dialogue is an added advantage
• Willing to work in shift & public holidays
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
