Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Channel Sales Executive who will help grow our residential solar business by developing sales channels, building customer relationships, generating leads, and closing sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales channels and business partnerships
• Generate and qualify residential solar leads
• Present solar products, solutions, and partner programs
• Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
• Manage sales from lead generation to closing
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for quotations and proposals
• Conduct customer/partner meetings and field visits
• Track leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and results
• Achieve assigned sales targets

About you

• At least 1 year of sales experience in any industry
• Solar industry exposure is an advantage
• Candidates with short-term/months of solar experience may be considered, provided they have relevant sales experience
• Basic knowledge of residential solar PV systems such as solar panels, inverters, and batteries
• Familiarity with basic solar terms such as kW, kWp, and kWh is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer acquisition, and follow-up skills
• Willing to conduct field visits and meet customers/partners
• Must be comfortable working in a full onsite setup
• Must have own laptop
• Filipino/Tagalog and good English communication skills
