Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This role will handle sales for Pyroworks and Efoil, with a strong focus on lead generation, deal closure, and long-term client relationship management. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and manage qualified sales leads
• Present, promote, and sell company products and services effectively
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction

About you

• Proven experience in sales (preferably in car sales, real estate, or similar high-performance sales industries)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven by targets
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration mindset
• Experience in B2C or high-ticket sales environments (preferred)
• Existing network of potential clients or business contacts (preferred)
• Familiarity with event-based products, recreational equipment, or related industries (preferred)
• Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking systems (preferred)
• Strong digital communication and social media selling skills (preferred)
