Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to manufacturing companies to identify key decision-makers and introduce products and solutions.

• Understand products and services well to explain their features and benefits to potential customers.

• Speak with prospects to understand their basic needs, answer questions, and identify potential sales opportunities.

• Arrange sales appointments and product demonstrations for the external sales team.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and share useful customer information.

• Follow up with potential customers to build relationships and move leads towards sales opportunities.

• Meet daily and weekly targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings.

• Share customer feedback, call results, and market insights to support sales planning and business development.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
