SunGrid Energy Corp. is looking for ambitious, energetic, and goal-oriented Sales Executives!

We are looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy, has strong integrity and with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, hardworking, proactive, confident and with the ability to communicate effectively and create their own sales scripts when approaching and presenting to potential clients.

As a Sales Executive, you will promote and sell solar panels, batteries, inverters, mounting systems, and complete solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries through calls, messages, email, and social media.

• Present solar products and explain their benefits and solutions.

• Visit clients and project sites to assess customer needs.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.

• Follow up leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and field prospecting.

• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project implementation.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• A PEOPLE PERSON — enjoys talking and building relationships

• College graduate or undergraduate with sales experience.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Willing to travel and conduct field sales activities.

• Knows how to drive and has a valid driver's license is an advantage.

• Experience in solar, electrical, construction, real estate, BPO, or related industries is also an advantage.

• Willing to relocate to Cagayan de Oro City, if required by the position.

• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome to apply.
