Sales Executive

Job requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or equivalent.
• Have a good inclination to engineering
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.)
• Possess own transport, able to travel.
• Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicant are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall sales activity throughout assigned market/ product range
• Maintain, network and strengthen relationship with existing customers
• Develop new business opportunities
• Respond effectively and promptly to customer inquiries.
• Provide after sales technical and service supports to our customers
• Ensure that quotations delivery schedules and forecasting inputs are followed up on in a timely and efficient manner..
• Expected to handle any additional tasks that may be delegated by management on occasion.
• Ensure that sales data and reports are updated timely.
• Handling Paper Work, such as Quotations, DO and Invoices
