Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting customers, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable insurance and financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and online leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance/financial solutions.
• Handle leads related to Life, Health, Motor, Term, General Insurance and Loans.
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility and documentation requirements to customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Update lead and customer information in the company's CRM/lead tracking system.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurance/financial service providers when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
• Basic computer/mobile knowledge.
• Sales experience in insurance, banking, loans or financial services will be an advantage.
• Freshers can also apply if they have good communication and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work towards targets and incentives.
