Position: Sales Executive – FMCG

Job Purpose

Responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets, expanding customer accounts, maintaining market coverage, and ensuring proper product visibility across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned outlets and ensure proper market coverage.
• Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Ensure proper product merchandising and display.
• Promote products through effective selling and product knowledge.
• Follow assigned routes and maintain daily productivity.
• Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collections.
• Submit accurate daily/weekly sales and market reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor and support team objectives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of FMCG sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and selling skills.
• Target-oriented with good market knowledge.
• UAE driving license is must.
