Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Site & Sales Coordinator for our Warangal location. The role includes occasional store management, customer visits for requirement gathering, basic sales activities, coordination with Hyderabad HO for billing/dispatches, and handing over materials to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the Warangal store occasionally, including stock entry, material issue, GRN, and basic inventory updates
• Handle and organize valves, pumps, electrical items, and other industrial materials
• Visit customer places to understand their requirements, collect technical details, and support sales/order finalization
• Act as a Sales Executive for the Warangal region follow up with customers, share product details, and support conversions
• Coordinate with Hyderabad Head Office for billing, dispatches, stock requirements, and documentation
• Hand over materials to customers at site and ensure proper acknowledgment/documentation
• Assist in inward/outward material movement and maintain accurate records
• Prepare daily MIS reports for stock, customer visits, and pending tasks
• Support project execution teams with timely material availability
• Ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and customer protocols
• Need to update the stock details and Sales details to the Hyderabad Office .
• Willimng to cover the Khammam and Karmingar and Warngal Customer and able to increase the business sales.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience in store management / sales / site coordination
• Basic knowledge of industrial or electrical products (preferred)
• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Ability to interact with customers, engineers, and technicians
• Strong documentation and reporting ability
• Comfortable with field visits within Warangal and nearby areas
