Job Responsibilities

• Service existing customers, obtain orders and source new customers.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating and identifying problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to QA department and Management.
• Keep management informed of market situation by submitting activity and result report, such as daily call reports, weekly work plan and monthly or annual marketing and budget analysis.
• Monitor monthly sales forecast, follow up payment collection and report submission to management.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure they are satisfied and long-lasting customers.

Qualifications & experience

• Proven experience as an Sales Executive/Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business marketing, sales, communication, management, or a related field is preferred.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Cantonese. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
