SALES EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Obtain customer’s forecast every beginning on the month.

2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

3. Conduct customer visits and product presentations.

4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

6. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

7. Convert customer’s forecast into Size Assortment (Raw Material Procurement)

8. Monitoring shipping status for the respective ordered material.

9. Preparing Sales Contract / Quotation and submit to sales manager for approval.

10. If there is an external rejection occur, to verify it with the customer.

11. Monthly payment collection for the respective customer.

12. Fully responsible for the sales coordinator - clerk/assistant officer

13. Conducting training to sales representative - assistant officer when it’s require.

14. Any other duties as assigned by superior.

    QUALIFICATION

• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or metal industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
