Sales Executive

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded to drive retention.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to the unique challenges of potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, demonstrating a keen understanding of pricing strategies and competitive positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in commercial sales principles.
• B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of direct B2B sales experience within general trading, wholesale distribution, or commercial product supply.
• Outdoor Field Sales: Proven track record in field sales, active business development, cold calling, and conducting face-to-face client visits across target commercial sectors.
• Client & Product Management: Strong expertise in managing key B2B accounts, negotiating commercial terms, and identifying product needs for project-based or trading clients.
• Licensing & Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE driving license with full flexibility to travel for client meetings, site visits, and regional field sales activities.
