Sales Executive

About the Role At Shirtual, we manufacture premium custom apparel and merchandise to help brands scale globally. We are looking for an English-Fluent Sales Executive / Client Engagement Specialist to manage our international client outreach, manage social media inquiries, and maintain high standards as a sales executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales & Outreach: Conduct market research to identify prospective client leads and execute targeted B2B outreach campaigns.
• Social Media Communication: Manage inbound messages and respond promptly across Shirtual's official social channels in clear, engaging English.
• Sales Copywriting: Draft persuasive email templates, follow-up sequences, and sales copy for social media interactions.
• Content Quality Control: Review and vet social media videos and script captions to ensure flawless grammar, natural tone, and brand consistency.
• Brand Representation: Present brand offerings confidently on camera for short video messages, video pitches, or client check-ins.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Marketing Expertise: Solid grasp of core marketing concepts, digital marketing funnels, lead acquisition tactics, and market research techniques.
• Communication & Copywriting: Fluent in written and spoken English, with a proven ability to turn marketing concepts into persuasive sales copy, engaging email sequences, and grammatically flawless social media messaging.
• Camera Presence: Confident, articulate, and professional when appearing on camera for video messages or social content.
• Tech & Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, Instagram/Twitter DMs, and basic sales research tools.
• Location: Based in or willing to work on-site in Surabaya.
