Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls with international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products/services.
• Generate sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up on leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Adhere to process guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with international customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 Months to 2 Year of experience in International Voice Process, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or International BPO.
• Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Must be comfortable working in US Shift (Night Shift).
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
