Role Overview

The B2B Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with existing clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and generating new opportunities. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain continuous relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities from existing accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and innovative solutions to stay ahead.
• Develop strategies to expand client base and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
• Provide feedback from clients to improve processes and offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales roles.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, or printing and packaging
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop innovative solutions.
• Experience in Manufacturing, or related industries.
• Familiarity with industrial sales cycles and client handling in B2B environments.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
