Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products while providing excellent customer service.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers, and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to communicate effectively with customers.
• Coordinate with the relevant departments regarding stock availability, damaged goods, and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates to management.
