Sales Executive

Job Overview:

A Sales Executive (PRO Services) is responsible for promoting and selling Public Relations Officer (PRO) services such as visa processing, company formation, trade license renewals, labor and immigration services, and government liaison services in Dubai. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and ensuring smooth documentation and compliance processes for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients who require PRO services, including startups, SMEs, and corporate firms.
• Promote company formation, visa processing, labor & immigration services, trade license renewals, and document attestation services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into customers.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Act as the key point of contact for client inquiries related to government regulations and documentation.
• Provide clients with expert guidance on Dubai business setup procedures, legal formalities, and PRO services.

Government & PRO Liaison:

• Work closely with in-house PROs and government departments (DED, Immigration, MOL, RTA, Municipality, etc.).
• Ensure that client documents are submitted and processed efficiently for approvals, renewals, and modifications.
• Keep clients updated on any changes in UAE government regulations that may affect their businesses.

Documentation & Compliance Support:

• Assist clients in preparing necessary documents for visa applications, license renewals, and other government-related processes.
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of PRO services.

Reporting & Market Analysis:

• Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and service transactions.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Research competitors and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in PRO services, business setup, or corporate services in Dubai.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of UAE business laws, government procedures, and licensing requirements.
• Familiarity with free zones, mainland company formation, and visa processing.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Work Environment & Salary:

• Work location: Dubai, UAE
• Office and client meetings, with occasional visits to government offices.
