What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial machines/technical products (air compressor experience not required)
2. Strong technical understanding to identify customer needs
3. Good communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships
4. Strong negotiation and contract-handling skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
