Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate new business, connect with potential customers, promote our products/services, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, references, online research, and other sources.
• Contact potential customers and explain products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
• Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service.
• Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to the manager.

Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development; freshers can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,348.86 per month
