Sales Executive(業務專員)

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales initiatives with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating exceptional communication and customer-facing skills.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, collaborating with distributors to expand networks and maximize coverage.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, driving customer acquisition and growth.
• Conduct regular client visits to ensure service excellence and reinforce long-term partnerships.
• Track and analyze sales performance, oversee accounts receivable collections, and deliver effective after-sales support.
• Provide product expertise, including training, installation guidance, and consultancy services tailored to customer needs.

Job Requirements

• Education: Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.

• Experience: Prior experience in IT sales is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Skills:

  • Computer literate with strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in a team

• Training: Comprehensive pre-job and on-the-job training will be provided.

• Other Requirements:

  • Must own a personal vehicle
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia when required
