Job summary:

The Executive Retail Sales will be responsible for acquiring and managing retail & SME customers for BVC Logistics. The role includes field sales, customer relationship management, and driving adoption of the company wallet system for smooth customer transactions.

Opportunity details:

• Generate new retail and SME business opportunities
• Conduct field visits and client meetings within assigned territory
• Drive onboarding and usage of the wallet system among small customers
• Support customers with wallet activation, recharge, and transaction usage
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction
• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth service delivery
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Exposure needed:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1 - 4 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, logistics, courier, banking, or fintech sales
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of local market preferred
