Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle customer communication, generate business opportunities, and promote the company's tax and business consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

* Explain company services, including ITR filing, GST, and business consulting.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

* Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

* Maintain and update customer details and lead status in CRM.

* Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

* Coordinate with the internal team for smooth service delivery.

Requirements

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Basic knowledge of sales, lead management, and customer handling.

* Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.

* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.

* Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
