What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial machines/technical products (air compressor experience not required)
• Strong technical understanding to identify customer needs
• Good communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships
• Strong negotiation and contract-handling skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
