Sales Executive

• Drive sales of welding machines, hydraulic equipment, and spares across the UAE market.
• Generate immediate business growth by leveraging an established client base and industry contacts.
• Identify and develop new customers in industrial, construction, fabrication, oil and gas, and marine sectors.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
• Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular client visits.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and regular reports for management.

• Proven experience in sales of welding machines and hydraulic equipment/components.
• Strong track record in the UAE market with an established client base and good industry contacts.
• Currently working in a senior sales position.
• Ability to grow the business immediately with minimal ramp-up time.
• Strong technical product knowledge and the ability to advise customers on suitable solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
