Vegan First is looking for a Sales Executive to sell services such as Event Sponsorships for plant-based events that have an excellent track record. The Sales Executive will also be offering media services such as Advertisements and Branded Content for India's largest plant-based community. They will get an opportunity to grow and design custom solutions for the plant-based ecosystem.

Location: Mumbai

Role: Full Time

What you will need to do:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop a client base.
• Follow up on Key Accounts to build relationships with clients and close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Initiate conversations with new leads, and close deals that help them grow in the plant-based ecosystem through our offerings - events, media(online and offline), content, and personalised marketing solutions.
• Create and deliver presentations and sales proposals to clients.
• Keep track of sales activities and provide timely reports to the management.
• Participate in trade shows and other events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Maintain and update client information in the company database.
• Collaborate with the management to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Creating an end-to-end process, owning the quality of the sales initiation funnel, and creating new qualified leads for closure.

What you will need to have:

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in the plant-based or digital marketing industry. (2 years or more)
• Good understanding of the media industry and events industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent work ethic and disciplined approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for the plant-based movement and a desire to make a positive impact.
• Familiarity with digital marketing solutions, terms, and industry best practices.

We prefer vegan or transitioning vegan candidates.
