Sales Executive – Glass Manufacturing

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the glass manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in glass manufacturing sales, strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in both local and international markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product proposals, and demonstrations
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals
• Provide effective after-sales support and customer service
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Work closely with production, logistics, and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer feedback
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the glass manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of the glass manufacturing sector and related products
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills
• Willing to undertake frequent travel within Malaysia and to Singapore, when required
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
